1. What CapiBar Studio is
CapiBar Studio is a private tool that publishes videos to YouTube channels its operator owns, reads their statistics, and counts viewer votes in their public comments. It is not offered to the public, and only its operator signs in to it.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
CapiBar Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using CapiBar Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and to our Privacy Policy, which you must accept before using the tool.
3. Uploads and consent
The tool uploads only to channels the operator owns and has signed in to. Each upload, and each schedule of automatic uploads, is set up by the operator in advance, and the operator controls what is published. The operator may stop automatic uploads at any time.
4. Content standards
Videos published with the tool must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies. Videos that contain altered or synthetic content are labeled as such, and no video is marked as made for kids.
5. No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
